Woodland Village is an independent senior community, not an assisted living community. We offer safe and comfortable living for those who can care for themselves but may no longer want to maintain a home, handle lawn care, etc. Unlike an assisted living, we do not offer caregiving or assistance with basic daily tasks.
One of the biggest benefits of our senior apartments is that they are newly upgraded and move-in ready. Each of our units offer: nine-foot ceilings, a patio or balcony, and even your own washer and dryer.
You’ll have all the space you need, whether it’s a small one-bedroom or a spacious floorplan with two bedrooms and a den. Don’t worry about storage. If you need a little extra, we also offer small storage units for rent on premise. We even allow pets, providing they’re under 20 pounds!

If you need a bit more space for a collection you’ve amassed over the years or even for a home office, we have two-bedroom options and floorplans that come with a den you can use as needed. All of our apartments offer balconies or patios with great views of the complex.
Our apartments are state-of-the-art. They feature nine-foot ceilings, a dishwasher and microwave, a large amount of storage, a washer and dryer in each unit, and more. All apartments are cable-ready, too. Of course, if anything goes wrong, our 24-hour on-site maintenance team is here to help.
You don’t have to worry about young children running into you or older teens making loud noises late at night. This means your neighbors are likely to be of like mind and even have many of the same interests. While families are certainly able to visit, only those 55 or older are residents.
